Bioshock

Just completed this game on Tuesday after a false start about a year ago. This game has made me rethink about trying games I didn't get on with the first time around, because my second attempt showed me how brilliant this game is! I was initially a bit skeptical as I hate anything scary but I'm more inclined to the word eerie for this one. There were only about three moments where I actually jumped out my skin, but that was probably me being a wimp. The eeriness of the game is helped along with a perfect music score, lighting and level design and the tragedy of what has befallen rapture is perfectly explained if you explore every nook and cranny for recordings. I did a lot of exploring and it paid off, if you just skip through blindly not exploring the detail you don't really get submerged far into the story and there's a chance you won't have a clue whats going on.

During your blundering through rapture you stumble upon Big Daddy(big mechanical diving suits with drill hands) and Little Sisters (little girls are creepy.....FACT), and are given the option to harvest or save the Little Sisters. During my play through I saved all the little sisters and was given a super happy ending with a family of adopted daughters. The replay value is there if you want to give a try harvesting them to see an alternate ending.

After this refreshingly different game I'm slightly addicted.....now, if you would kindly play this game too.
